This is a piece I made entitled, Blue Skies. It is comprised of six rolls of 35mm transparency film. I used 3 cameras to shoot this across two continuous rolls of film. I entered this into an art competition called Artprize. This image was a major undertaking, which came out nicely.
The longer I make images the harder it is to impress myself. I'm attracted to the multiple-frame image because one single frame seems boring and limiting. I'm interested in ideas that broaden the constraints inherent in photography. The Blue Skies piece above is a good example of where I want to go. Another good example is the pinhole-timelapse that I documented in a blog post entitled Willa's Room.
